Rush: +40–60% depending on deadline
Extra revisions: 35 per round (or 75/hr)
Vocal tuning/timing: 49 per song basic; 119 detailed
File prep/cleanup: 29–79 depending on severity
Attended/remote session: +30/hr on top of package for live direction
Extra minutes over package: $2 per additional minute
Service Terms
Deposits
50% non‑refundable to book; balance due on approval before delivery of full‑res files
Revisions
2 creative revision rounds included; engineer error fixes are free; additional rounds billed per round or hourly.
Turnaround
Mastering 1–2 business days; Mix+Master 3–5 business days per song; rush +40–60% based on deadline and availability.
Scope
Detailed vocal tuning, time edits, drum replacement, noise cleanup, and file prep are add‑ons unless explicitly included.
File Standards
Consolidated WAVs at stated sample rate/bit depth, printed effects as desired, tempo/notes, and a reference mix; unusable files may incur prep fees.
Attendance
Attended or remote direction available on Standard+ tiers; surcharge may apply.
Cancellations
Bookings are transferable once within 30 days if rescheduled 72+ hours in advance; otherwise deposit is forfeited.
Refunds
Due to time and expertise, refunds are not offered after work begins; the revision process is the satisfaction pathway.
Credits/portfolio
Permission to reference the work in your portfolio unless the client opts out in writing before release.
Data retention
project files retained 90 days; long‑term archiving available as an add‑on.
Weekends
In rare cases, weekend production may be approved with a 50% surcharge plus any applicable rush fee.
